How We Price
We are not quoting jobs yet. Once we open, every property gets its own price. Size, scope, and location drive the number. No hidden fees.
Travel within our regular New Hampshire and Vermont service areas will be included. More than 5 hours from Hanover? We’ll quote travel before you commit.
Why a custom quote? A studio and a 5,000 sq ft commercial building are not the same job. When we open, a short conversation is enough for an all-in price.
What You’re Paying For
The quote covers the real cost of running a working dog, not extras tacked on later:
Training
Months of work, still underway, so the dog can find mold across different species and buildings.
Dog Care
Vet care, food, and grooming. Copper is a hypoallergenic poodle — we keep him healthy and clean so he’s ready for house visits.
Travel & Gear
Getting the dog and handler to your property, plus the gear for the visit and the report.
The Visit Itself
Time on site, a written report of alert locations, and the overhead of running the business.
