When We Start Booking
Inspections start early 2027. There’s no online calendar yet. Call, text, or send a message if you want to talk or get on the list — we’ll follow up when booking opens.
New Hampshire and Vermont are home turf, with priority for towns close to Hanover — Manchester, Concord, Lebanon, and the rest of the Upper Valley. Farther out, we still go. We’ll quote travel before you commit.
What a Visit Will Look Like
1. Initial Consult
Tell us about the property, your concerns, and where it is. We’ll say whether a dog search is the right fit.
2. Schedule
Pick a date. We’ll confirm it and send anything you need to do before we arrive.
3. Inspection & Report
Handler and dog sweep the property. You get a report of where the dog alerted.
Meet Copper
Copper is a hypoallergenic poodle in training for mold detection. He’s clean, low-shedding, and calm around kids and other pets. He’ll work homes and commercial spaces once we launch.
